Salt River Project: One of the country’s largest utilities applies Service Management principles to their HR Case Management.
Salt River Project (SRP) is one of the nation’s largest public power utilities, providing electricity to 1 million customers in Central Arizona. SRP is the oldest multipurpose federal reclamation project in the US. SRP sought to replace their highly-customized legacy system that and implement ITIL and business processes to avoid these complex customizations. Additionally, SRP wanted to improve management, visibility, and reporting for requests related to HR (i.e. benefits).
Acorio implemented Incident, Request, Service Catalog, and HR Case Management applications. The team also provided architectural guidance and supported the significant Organizational Change Management process the team needed to drive successful adoption.
Acorio transformed HR operations, increased visibility into HR operational performance and metrics as well as standardized and improved thousands of work processes for IT service delivery across the organization.
