Looking around, there just wasn’t any original data to meet that need. And so, the ServiceNow Insight and Vision Survey (and the resulting ServiceNow Insight and Vision Report) was born.

The result: Over 325 of your peers responded to the first-ever ServiceNow Insight Survey, which launched in October last year. From this rich data, we learned…
- Digital Transformation and Enterprise Service Management are more than industry buzzwords. In fact, 77% of respondents are currently underway with a Service Management initiative.
- ServiceNow platform expansion is beating even aggressive growth expectations, with 54% of companies implementing 2+ elements of the platform, and 12% of companies currently underway with 4 or more.
- As the pace of change accelerates, strategic ServiceNow Roadmaps are even more critical – however, just 48% of survey respondents reported having one – is perhaps the most significant gap among responses.
- The Future is AI (and Customer Experience) with 65% and 58% of respondents, respectively, indicating those are there most pressing future trends.
But that was so 2019.
